My Family

I’m nuts about my family.

And who wouldn’t be?  They inspire me through their very different personalities and their scrumptiously-delicious personality quirks.  They are the purpose in my life and the source of my happiness.  They also provide me with a lot of novel fodder.

On the left is my Eldest son.  Don’t let the ninja-esque look fool you.  He’s one of the best teens I know.  Like all precious teen girls, my Dear Daughter is a devilish delight.  Likewise, our Youngest son is definitely the child where Dear Hubby and I look at each other and say, “He belongs to you.”  Even though his spunk is out of this world, we do claim him as our own.

Bottom right: Independence describes our Middle son, as shown by his solo carving of his pirate pumpkin.  There isn’t much he can’t do when he sets his mind to it.

At the center, DH and I work hard to keep our precious family together.  Friends first, we’ve known each other forever, even though we’ve already only been married for nearly 20 years.  Just for the record, I’m the smiling one.

We also have two labs that nicely round out our family.
